Beat. Beat

Haven't had much time to blog! Lots has happened since.
Um, what did I do today? Well! woke up around 8am, way early yes, but my body clock's so used to school time. We have to wake up at 7:30am every morning (cept for sundays), be dressed & at breakfast by 7:50am, and off to the first lesson at ...8:50am? So, yup, lay there still, as usual, thinking about what the plan for the day is, trying to recall dreams etc. Dreams, they've been so crazy lately. They have their way of reminding me of the things I avoid.. Anyway, helped grandparents unpack with their Sainsbury's shopping. They're so sweet :) They've been together for more than 60 years. Amazing. Dylan (my other half) & I at Bullring. After much successful pleading, we went to chinatown for rice.

Bought:
-H&M red miniheels, blue&white stripey dress, green emerald bracelet, faux leather brown bag
-Topshop lilac tunic (the lady at the counter said I look older than my age, hah)
-D&G 3 L'Imperatrice perfume :) I liked the sound of 'The Empress' & its peachy scent
-Hair wax for Dylan,
-Eyeshadow mini brushes from Boots pharmacy
-Printed some photos off my camera
-Vitamin chewy tablets
-Cassie's Birthday presents
-Ray's birthday things
-Thornton's alcohol truffles (so good)
-FIGI water (the bottle was too pretty to dismiss)
-Strawberry lollipop

Felt sleepy on the bus. Wanted to rest my head on dylan's shoulder but I didn't incase he rejects it and embarasses me. He was playing his trance music so loud I bet everyone on the bus could hear them through his earphones, tsk.
Came home, made salad. ate salad. chatted to him on msn, then he called. I love it when he does that, though he can't call often because of time difference and cost, I think he's amazing for calling this frequently anyway. I wonder if he listens to me rambling on about rubbish. It's weird how I go to bed the time he wakes up for work.

Music: One More Night- Stars
Mood; A little scared to go to sleep & not sure why
Craving: Him
Best part of today: Watching an arab guy at Boots perfume counter spray Polo Ralph Lauren cologne on himself 24 times, literally.
Worst part: Collapsing a whole rack of clothes in H&M and walking away quickly.

The Holidays

Haven't been on here for a while! Can't believe it's December already, time really does fly quicker these days. I guess that's a good thing because it means Summer is nearer, though scary because it means exams are nearer. This time last year, I was in Japan, having a blast with my parents and brother. Hmm...so too much has happened since my last blog update, so I think i'll just skip it straight to now.

Drastic changes since. Here they are:

-My GCSE's, didn't turn out too terrible.

-I'm now doing my A-Levels, which are art, drama, english & french!

-I've tried a cigarette. & crocodile meat.

-The guy at the internship that I made sure not to blog about? He's my boyfriend now & I love him.

Umm... and here's my christmas list so far!

- Blackberry Curve 8520 in lavender I hope
- A new laptop, just a DELL one.
- UGG boots
- Lady Gaga's Heartbeats, they're amazing earphones
- A Topshop tee of a snow leopard
- A book of E.E.Cummings lovely poetry

Got a cold so I might get some sleep soon.... after some Gossip Girl, perhaps.

Goodnight. x

Automation

This is the exact type of situation I was trying to avoid getting into- listening to the songs that make you wonder, with a quarter cup of ice cream left to demolish... but I best leave it as i'm starting to feel like i'm about to hurl any minute now. Vanilla (the plainest of ice cream flavours) has never tasted this good :) Ok, maybe i'll just finish this. There's a saying that if you really love something, set it free. And if it's meant to be it'll come back. Whoever who said that must really be naive or something, I mean, get the facts straight. What if you never get it back? Could it be your fault for letting it go in the first place? Or, if/when it comes back, what if it's already too late? Would you look back in anger?

Song

Over the sea and far away
She's waiting like an iceberg
Waiting to change
But she's cold inside
She wants to be like the water

All the muscles tighten in her face
Buries her soul in one embrace
They're one and the same
Just like water

The fire fades away
Most of everyday
Is full of tired excuses
But it's to hard to say
I wish it were simple
But we give up easily
You're close enough to see that
You're the other side of the world to me

On comes the panic light
Holding on with fingers and feelings alike
But the time has come
To move along

The fire fades away

Can you help me
Can you let me go
And can you still love me
When you can't see me anymore

The fire fades away

Does Anybody Go On Here?

I'm listening to The Fray atm, one of my favourite bands :) Today was rather uneventful tbh. Think we'll do something tomorrow though. Went to the mall next door for lunch at the sushi restaurant where I had 5 plates of mostly prawn sushi, went & bought a pillow & a suit from Jusco Department Store. The highlight of my day was trying on the suit, knowing that i can actually fit in a size that's pretty reasonable :) Random, but I really feel like having some champagne with strawberries now. I think the only stuff we got here is gin, port, bacardi, sake... um, what else? I also came across some stuff on the net e.g. A page of Marilyn Monroe's famous quotes. I felt like I could relate to some of them. Most of them however were about being famous & how it's not enough, so I couldnt relate to those ones. Oh well, who knows? Maybe in the future... Haha, when i was little (speaking much nonsense) i used to go on & on about how i'll be the 'next big thing', & constantly reminded him that. *sigh. The Fray, i really would do anything to see them in concert... pretty pissed off about stuff today. No idea why... =S Btw, i've decided to do something different with the color of this font. Every post will be a colour that suits the tone of the day... so i'm thinking, today's post will be.. a light blue :)

Harbourfront

Went to Kobe Harbourfront for brazilian lunch today :) Our usual stuff-your-face rescue. I was wondering when the sun will come out again. Sun, please hurry up. My tan needs to happen! (before Fri :p) Enough of the fake stuff haha. Wore my new dress today & got a few compliments from my parents, which still doesn't make up for yesterday! Food was especially good today. All the meat you can eat for less than a 1000 yen :) Then we went to a deli for some warm tea & coffee. We also took many photos, mostly of dylan & myself haha um.. was fun. Went shopping & bought enough to satisfy =) 2 pairs of school heels, love them! & 3 tops from Uniqlo. Then it got dark so we sat in Starbucks & i had ice tea =) personally the straight tea from the local supermarket is more to my liking. Mom got tummy ache as well :( Then we got home, got showered, & i watched more korean tv, but no crying tonight probably because i was so sleepy... weird. Now i'm gonna upload my new photos on Facebook :) Overall, good day hehe :)
